Thought I'd start this in response to Glenn's thread, as a place to gather up some ideas about BG.I believe BG are greatly helped to win alliance games by their powerful ability to infiltrate strongholds, and then block or contest them by decoexisting. Therefore the simplest nerf I can think of is to strike XV.B.3. That is the piece of optional rule attached to coexistence, that lets BG land for free in the territory with the shipment, rather than in the Polar Sink.
